How It Works
The Veterinary Marketing and Staff Development Program (VMSDP) keeps pace with the frequency of when your clients need reminders. On an as-needed basis, we mail the current issue of Pet Quarterly® (PQ) to your clients who need a pet health reminder. Simultaneously, you can use VetBoost® to send both an e-mail and text reminder. We will automatically mail a reminder postcard to clients who do not respond to the initial pet health reminders. Finally, your staff can call the client to book an appointment.
